As an approved applicator for Johns Manville, GAF, US Intec, Firestone, and Siplast, you can rest assured that you are in experienced, reliable, and capable hands. This provides you with the assurance that the manufacturer has given Latite their seal of approval by Latite being part of their manufacturer's Warranted Systems Program.

Latite is also an approved insulating lightweight concrete roof deck contractor for Celcore, Mearlcrete and Siplast. Within our extensive facilities, we house the heavy equipment and manpower needed for any size and type of commercial roofing installation.

In addition to our traditional commercial services, we offer installation services for a full line of standing seam metal roofing products as well as both concrete and clay tile products. We want our customers to know that at Latite our mission is to provide turnkey installations of all roofing aspects of the project.
