We have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a great group of people. From the first phone call to Latite office staff, to Andrey Fortney, whom we cannot praise enough. He took complete charge of each situation and I must say the insurance company was a real challenge. Ricardo also did an outstanding job making certain everything went well. Each step was right on schedule. The men from each crew work diligently and were always so polite and friendly. The boy's next door saw to it that they had plenty of water. Needless to say, we are extremely grateful. Job well done. Now our only concern is what happens when we need anything done in the future.
